工作职责：
1、负责终端基带系统的通信算法评估，实现和模块验证工作，参与系统结构设计
2、独立完成模块级结构设计，RTL实现以及相关验证工作；
3、参与FPGA系统调试；
4、参与芯片设计整个流程。

任职资格：

任职资格：
1、电子，通信或计算机硕士及以上学历；
2、具有基带物理层通信算法前端设计经验；
3、深入理解ASIC 设计流程,较强的RTL设计经验；
4、对通信标准有一定的了解；
5、较强的英文读写能力及团队协作精神。

工作职责：

LOCATION: Shanghai/Beijing
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
1. Participate in the SOC design and integration.
2. Participate in the research of Design Methodology and tool development to improve automation and productivity.

任职资格：

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
1. Major in CS, EE or related, Master degree with 3 years or Bachelor degree with 5 years experiences
2. Good programming skill with one or more languages (e.g. tcl, perl , python, c/c++, etc) in unix/linux and a strong desire to automate flow
3. Experience in front-end ASIC design
4. Experience in any ASIC flow and/or EDA tools (Spyglass, Design Compiler, Primetime, ICC/Encounter etc.) is a plus
5. Experience in the following areas is a plus
l ARM CPU and general DSP integration
l AMBA bus
l Low-power design
l DDR controller design and integration
l Top integration
6. Good communication skills and be able to work both independently and in a team

2.跟踪5G、IMT-2020以及3GPP相关标准化的进程
3.相关专利申请、技术提案等

任职资格：

任职资格：
1.无线通信等相关专业硕士以上学位，博士优先，有5G、LTE-A或WiMAX研究工作经历者优先考虑
2.熟悉无线通信物理层和MAC层或上层技术
3.有深厚的5G、LTE-A等关键技术的知识背景
4.具有扎实的数学基础，能熟练地建立仿真平台并进行算法的仿真验证
5.熟练掌握Matlab或C/C++编程
6.能熟练使用英文进行口头和书面上的交流
7.良好的团队协作精神和学习能力
