BackendDesign Consultant（DesignService Center）

Location:Shanghai\Beijing

JobDescription:

Responsiblefor the development and implementation of technical solutions to customerproblems as part of a project team.

UsesSynopsys EDA tools on a customer project in at least one service line areawhich includes physical design, front-end implementation, verification, designfor test and SoC design.

Contributesto both off-site projects and be a trusted advisor to customer design teams.Discovers classical solutions to problems with little guidance and implementsthem independently.

Setstask-level goals and consistently meets schedules. Works with ApplicationsConsulting and Sales team to extend or expand customer contract.

Demonstrates strong communication, verbal and written, and awareness of projectmanagement issues. Keeps composure during crises and can comfortably handlerisks and uncertainty.

Requirements:
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience. Possesses asolid understanding of specialization area plus working knowledge of one otherrelated area. Resolves issues in creative ways.

Exercisesindependent judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain solutions.

Executesprojects from start to completion. Contributes to moderately complex aspects ofa project.

Determinesand develops recommendations to solutions. Works on team-driven ortask-oriented projects.

May guidemore junior peers with aspects of their job. Networks with senior internal andexternal personnel in own area of expertise.
