Job Title: Senior RF IC Design Engineer

Location:Suzhou, Jiangsu, China

Responsibilities

* Design and develop high performance low-power radio frequency(RF)/analog circuits for RF transfer products using 55 nm onward CMOS technologies, for wireless communication applications like Bluetooth Low Energy, 802.15.4, DVBS2. Responsible for the design of RF,analog, and mixed signal circuits such as LNA, Mixer, ADC, VCO/PLL.

* Discuss and decide module specification, architecture, and schematic with specialist from Europe.

* Verify module and system functionality in simulation.

* Solve problems found in simulations and optimize performance of the circuits.

* Do or guide layout engineer to do RF circuit layout, and performance post-layout simulation.

* Support in field testing of the radio systems, participate in analyzing and solving technical issues.

Requirements

* +5 years CMOS analog / RF circuit design, verification and validation experiences.

* Hands on experiences on relevant radio circuits, eg. LNA, ADC, PLL, are desired.

* Solid knowledge in wireless communication theory and RF transceiver system.

* Familiarity of Radio Simulation SW such as ADS, Spectre, HFSS.

* Familiar with RF- measurement Techniques.

* Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.

* Have a structured working style (solid reporting, documentation,problem reports)

* Fluent English
