职位描述
Mission
1. Develop Tier-1 customers of "Before Market" (Design-win at least two customers in Y2017)
2. Maintain relationship with Tier-1 customers and car makers
Main Responsibility
1. Organize network with Tier-1 customers, and develop other customers via agents
2. Respond customers' VOC within 24hrs, even though response is draft version
3. Well communicate with sales colleague at Shenzhen and HQ
Daily Work
1. Visit customer and share VOC with HQ
2. Manage progress of sales for each month
3. Manage progress of develop new customers and new project that design-in or before design-in
推荐要求: 大客户经验:Koito, Stanely, Hella, Valeo,Xingyu, BYD等 熟悉LED行业(资深的可以给到Mg title 但是暂时不带人,薪资在20-35W左右)

Main Responsibilities
1. Develop local automotive customers and make market sensing
2. Manage, maintain and grow assigned customer base
3. Develop a clear understanding of customer business: products, services and organization
4. Meet commitments made and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
5. Work closely with marketing to ensure all relevant criteria have been considered prior to issuing a quote
Daily Works
- Visit customers regularly so as to maintain a good relationship with customers
- Work closely with local marketing team and Korean HQ sales and marketing and R&D teams
- Initiate weekly sales report and related industry report assigned
Min. Skills & Knowledge
- Have abundant experience in Automotive industry
- Good BD experience, communication skill and management skill
- Solid technical background
Other Preference
- Excellent in both English and Chinese
