Key responsibilities/duties:

1、As Architect you are responsible for the IC architecture, the technical product specification and the technical execution within analog / mixed signal projects；

2、The technical partner of the project leader；

3、On the basis of a functional requirement specification, will create/maintain the IC architecture and divide this into sub-system and interface specifications；

4、During execution will guide the development engineers in the design and validation phase；

5、By means of planned reviews you ensure — from technical point of view — that the efforts of the individual developers remain focused on properly functioning subsystems；

6、Up to production will determine technical risks, define corrective actions and align these with our customers.

Key skills & knowledge:

1、At least 5 years experience in the development of analog/mixed signal ICs, preferably 3 years as architect in IC development projects；

2、Focus on and experience in bringing IC development projects towards production；

3、Specific knowledge of the relevant technical areas；

4、Creative thinker with helicopter view, capable of finding an appropriate solution to complex problems；

5、Good social skills, improvement attitude, able to convey enthusiasm；

6、Able to establish good relationships with a multi-disciplinary development team, international customers and subcontractors；

7、Fluent in English.
