Something confused, in picture 1, why do you connnect the collector of Q with emitter, if in that case, there is no voltage gain, and Miller compensation is meaningless, the transfer function is sCbe+sC1+gm, some kind of equivalent impedance, don't know what it is used for?
In picture 2, it seems like a Sansen low pass filter, not sure.

我有用基本相同的电路实现对光电信号放大（直流，AGC，R4可调）
