​岗位职责：

负责芯片量产测试开发、导入、维护和技术积累工作；

负责芯片量产过程中各类异常问题的分析和解决工作；

负责团队建设、人才培养、流程执行、绩效考核等工作。

职位要求：

优秀的单片机开发能力，精通IC内部构架，了解IC设计和制造工艺者优先；

IC应用开发或量产测试类经验5年以上，项目管理类经验3年以上，抗压能力强；

优秀的团队管理、分析判断、沟通推动等能力，强烈的责任感、主动性和合作精神；

本科及以上学历，专业不限，理工科专业优先。
