KeyAreas of Responsibilities:

The key areas ofresponsibilities will include but not necessarily limit to the following:

Provide thedesign service support and technology consultancy service to support thebusiness development in China

Qualifications:   Bachelor or Masterdegree in Electronic Engineering

Languages:        Fluent English andMandarin.

KeyExperience:      

-At least 4-5years related experiences with Master degree or above 5 years relatedexperiences with Bachelor degree

-Have IC designhouse experiences is a must and familiar with Technology, Library, Design Flow

PersonalAttributes:

• Work initiatively

•Have good communication skills anddesign service support capability

Dutiesand Responsibilities:

1.Plan, develop, and implements newe-marketing campaigns for China sales initiatives, including new website,social media, etc. Leverage e-marketing channel to promote company brand andprogram.

2.Plan concept, functions and structure ofnew website by collecting field team request and learning industry acknowledge.

3.Perform overall administration of sitesat a company-wide level, and as Web Administrator to implement pages orapplications into production, by coordinating with other teams or outsourcevendor.

4.Prepare, develop or translate materialsfor internal and external presentations on products, business plans andmanagement communications.

5.Support field marketing manager toorganize and coordinate local seminars, trade shows and press announcements.

6.Communication and coordinate eventtaskforce and corporate resources to successfully plan and execute marketingactivities campaigns.

7.Supports sales initiatives and assists inachieving sales targets by increasing customers’ awareness in the local market.

8.Work with sales and customers to executethese activities and achieve the desired objectives in the area of leadsgeneration and brand development.

Requirements:

1.Requires typically bachelor with 0-2years of field marketing or related experience.

2.Requires knowledge of commercial internet/webtools and protocols, experience of website set-up process.

3.Requires experiences to coordinatetaskforce and organize event.

4.Works on problems of limited scope andfollows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data fromwhich answers can be readily obtained.

5.Must have good interpersonal, verbal andwritten communication skills.

6.Requires the ability to multi-task, beorganized and detail-oriented.

7.Good problem solving and decision-makingskills desired.

8.Must be able to work independently and inteams. Individual will interact with people with different personality styles.

2、通过收集现场团队的要求和学习行业认可的新网站的规划概念、功能和结构。

3、在一家公司的网站上进行整体的管理，并通过与其他团队或外包供应商的协调来实现页面或应用程序的制作。

4、准备、开发或翻译公司产品、商业计划和管理沟通的内部和外部的资料。

5、支持现场市场部经理组织和协调当地的研讨会，贸易展和新闻公告。

6，沟通和协调活动小组和企业资源，成功地计划和执行市场活动活动。

7、支持销售计划，协助实现销售目标，提高客户对本地市场的认知度。

8、与销售及客户合作，执行这些活动，并达到预期的目标，在这方面的领先一代和品牌发展。
