Education and skill requirements:

1.University Degree in Electronics Engineering related major；

2.3+ years working experience in microprocessor-based analog and digital circuit design,2+ years working experience in automotive electronics design；

3.Experience with designing for manufacturability, testing and reliability；

4.Familiarity with standards for EMC/ESD, safety and thermal compliance；

5.Familiarity with Worst case analysis and the DFMEA；

6.Strong communication skill and capacity；

7.Good at English.

Position Descriptions:

1.Develop new products within a cross functional team environment；

2.Collaborate on development of concept and rapid prototypes for purpose of proof-of-concept and performance evaluation;

3. Ability to develp hardware prototypes；

4.Develop specifications from marketing requirements and product vision；

5.Architect/design analog and digital circuits to meet specifications and re-use objectives；

6.Schematic capture and simulation using Mentor Graphics and other tools；

7.Hold and/or participate in design peer reviews；

8.Selection and evaluation of components for new designs；

9.Provide effort and risk estimates for new development work；

10.Work with manufacturing and apply best Design for Manufacturing (DFM) practices；

11.Work with manufacturing engineer to develop manufacturing test requirements, concepts, fixtures, etc；

12.Product technical training to technical support and after service team；

13.Manage, record and file the drawings, documents and transfer all documents.
