1. Intern-Software Engineering
Position Description:
 Develop, enhance and maintain Verilog-A simulator.
Position Requirements:
 Familiar with Spice, Verilog-A, Verilog-AMS language
 Skilled in C++ programming, familiar with development under Linux/Unixenvironment.
 Analog circuit or digital simulator development experiences is a plus
 EE or CS Master degree with related working experience

2. Intern-Software Engineering (RF wireless standard development)

Position Description:
 The position is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining softwareand algorithms related to advanced analysis and simulation tools used in thedevelopment of RF communication systems. The intern will be responsible forworking with a cross-functional team to ensure the software is tested, integrated anddocumented.
Position Requirements:
 Familiar with wireless standards;
 Skilled in programming, familiar with development under Linux/Unix environment;
 Good English communication skills both verbal and written;
 Ability to work in a team environment;
 Educational requirement is an BS or above in electrical, or computer engineering;

3. Intern-Software Engineering

Position Description:
 The position is for analog circuit simulation engineer responsible for implementingand maintaining SPICE-like circuit simulation software. The engineer must have aproven ability to learn from work and work with a cross-functional team to deliverinnovative products.
Position Requirements:
 MS degree candidate majored in Computer Science.
 Skilled in C/C++ programming, familiar with development under Linux/Unixenvironment;
