iscape安装问题

本人菜鸟一只，现在想安装cadence ic616，但是在安装iscape的时候出现了问题。
因为本人用的是ununtu 64位系统，所以iscape在检测java库的时候报了错，于是参考坛子里朋友的办法，安装了libXtst.i686，但是终端出现了如下信息
There are no enabled repos.
Run "yum repolist all" to see the repos you have.
You can enable repos with yum-config-manager --enable <repo>

个人对于这个repo不是很理解，尝试直接运行yum-config-manager --enable <repo>，
就报出了语法错误，bash: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'
