Senior Production Engineer-合肥 深圳

职位描述：

1、Communicate between RD/Project team and manufacturing facilities.
2、Work collaboratively with manufacturing vendors to bring-up new products and processes.
3、Trouble-shoot process & manufacturing problems both on-site and with assistance of project teams.
4、Report and improve on manufacturing yields and issues.
5、Ensure product quality meets/exceeds customer expectations and is consistent with corporate requirements.
6、Maintain and enhance test programs to improve efficiency, quality, and support added feature

岗位要求：

1、8+ years experience process engineering in ASIC or FAB
2、Process knowledge of FAB, Packaging manufacturing.
3、Strong communication skills including international interactions.
4、Demonstrated and strong aptitude in problem solving.
5、Willingness to work both hands-on and through collaboration with others.
6、Experience in process control.
7、Willingness to travel.
