Hi all,I'm working to extraction the BSIM3v3 Capacitance Parameter. I create this topic to sharing, discussion, studying for new man. (I'm a new man) My task: Extract all CV parameters in BSIM3v3 Model using Levenberg-Marquardt Algorithm.I study the Flow for Extraction but it is very hard for new man;
