Responsibilities:
1. Manage China Services P&L including Accounts Receivables Issues, Margin Goals, 'Cost of Service” management and profitability in total, and for each service contract.
2.Ensure that global service policies and procedures are followed in China.  Report deviations from standard practices, policies to Management.
3.Monitor and manage performance of local China repair and logistics center, regular business reviews, service performance metrics for parts orders, parts delivery, and parts repairs.
4.Sell service contracts and parts; achieve sales targets for China service business.
5.Monitor and measure the skill level of China Field Service team, ensuring that they are capable of proving the highest level of service (mean-time-to-repair, mean-time-to respond, first time fix rate).
6.Monitor parts and labor usage on contracts, address high usage issues and achieve profitable results.
7.Develop and implement contract performance tools, measure margin and profit against all service contracts quarterly.
8.Escalation point for 'After Sales' customer satisfaction related matters - i.e. parts delivery, service performance (response and repair) and Services financial related.
9.Escalation point for all local customer service and support issues into the factory for resolution.
10.Competitive analysis and trend analysis and feedback of China ATE Services market and third party service providers.
11.Drive policies and processes for customer satisfaction within the context of service P&L targets.
12.Deliver service product update presentations to customers and to internal staff.
13.Monitor customer satisfaction index - regular review of customer needs by conducting VOCs, summarize findings to Teradyne Senior Management


Requirements:
1.5+ years of Field Service and/or Applications in High Tech Industry (ATE industry preferred).
2.3+ years in Marketing of professional services preferred Business degree (Bachelor, MBA).
3.Advanced experienced with Microsoft EXCEL tools, Excel analytical features.
4.Thrive in international, multi cultural environment.
5.Excellent communication skills - both Mandarin and English.
6.Team player with excellent networking skills, work interdisciplinary, cross functional with Sales, Operations, Product Marketing and Finance to develop and enact value added total customer solutions.
Ability to travel - ~50% of time within China and occasionally within the Asian Region and overseas.
