oscillator phase noise - Hajimiri的天才理论

hajimiri, he is a genius!

i have read several papers about the integrated oscillator phase noise and jitter printed in JSSC.

The key content is : linear , time varient system analysis method ;
                             PSF -- pulse sensitive function.

i want to get a design , using his method.  However ...



Now i am confused yet about two methods: 1. hajimiri's and HSPICE RF's.
  
Do you give some direction about this since the HSPICE RF or other EDA software will be definitely used to verify the RF oscillator design.

I don't know how hspiceRF simulates phase noise.

From my knowledge, spectreRF adopts a linear time-variant model for oscillator phase noise simulation, but it's
a little bit different with hajimiri's, because there is a small flaw in hajimiri's theory.

Have  you used the HSPICERF to do the oscillator design ?

If yes, please contect with me more frequenctly in the future. i am very interested with this field.

By the way, Do you have the software cosmosscope ?

I have no experience in hspiceRF.
In our company we all use spectreRF.
