Error in DC Synopsys topo mode

Hi,
i was trying to use design compiler in topographical mode.
Then i set the physical library too, with set physical_library /.../tsmc090nvtlk_9lm_2thick.pdb
while for the target i used typical.db

After analyzing the files, i wrote: compile_ultra $top_module -exact_map, but DC shows me an error:
"Failed to compile physical library"... Why??

why don't you use the milkyway library ?

Yes, I heared it, infact i tried to create MW library, but i don't know what i have to add in Reference library. I tried to add LEF folder but the library wasn't created. Thanks you're helping me!

Then, my startup script is this:

set target_library /home/stefano/TSMC.90/aci/sc-x/synopsys/typical.db
set link_library [list {*} $target_library]
set synthetic_library [list dw_foundation.sldb]
set symbol_library [list generic.sdb]

create_mw_lib -technology /home/stefano/TSMC.90/aci/sc-x/astro/tf/tsmc090_9lm_2thick.tf -mw_reference_library /home/stefano/TSMC.90/aci/sc-x/astro/tsmc090g_fram/ -bus_naming_style {[%d]} ./tsmc90_mw

open_mw_lib tsmc90_mw
set vhdlout_show_unconnected_pins true

I managed to create mw library, so i tried to use it and compile my design with compile_ultra command.
Now i have these errors and at this point i don't know if tsmc libraries are correct.
