Responsibilities：
1: Maintains systems at customer site with excellent performance；
2: Develops and maintains a high degree of customer satisfaction and credibility by providing innovative, timely solutions to customer problems；
3: Weekly or even daily meeting with customers and Teradyne engineering/service team；
4: Moderate travel required, both within Asia and to the US to work with the larger engineering team and other customer service team.


Experience, Skills & Education Required：
Bachelor Degree or Above in  E.E., Automation, more than 3 years working experience Knowledge of Windows, VB, C++,C#.
1: Good at customer system performance management and report;
2: Strong English and Mandarin Communication Skills;
3: Strong Interpersonal and Problem probing Skills;
4: Good at Team Work.
