Job descriptions:
-Reporting to VP Sales, APAC;
-Territory coverage: Distribution business in China and distributor customers in south China;
-Map out channel coverage strategies to grow Tier 2 and Tier 3 business in China.
-Implement channel strategies and formulate actions plan for BU, sales and FAEs collectively to penetrate into the relative market applications;
-Design and execute territory channel strategy to meet or exceed quarterly revenue and design targets, along with business objectives;
-Provide first line IDT management interface with customer base as well as Distribution partners;
-Collaborate with FAEs on focused training for Distribution partners;
-Working closely with FAEs and Distribution partners to identify new design opportunities and drive final design win;
-Advise BU in details on the relative business size and importance of various opportunities.


Minimum qualifications and requirements:
-5+ sales experience, working experiences as MNC Distribution Sales Manager preferred;
-FAE/Engineering working experiences preferred;
-Strategic thinking;
-Business acumen;
-Team working spirit;
-Be aggressive and self-motivated;
-Excellent communications and coordination skill;
-Good communication skills in English, verbal and writing;
-Hard working and frequent traveller.
