JobRequirements:

- Solid understanding of analog/mixedsignal IC design, including feedback theory, bandgap, LDO, XO, and charge pump.

- Silicon experience on one or more areasin the following: Sigma delta ADC, SAR ADC, High OSR DAC, power management,audio design, Serdes and timing circuits such as PLL, clock-and-data recovery(CDR), TX and RX functions.

- CMOS is a plus. Lab characterization anddebug experience is desirable.

- Familiar with device mismatch, signalnoise, phase noise, jitter and jitter tolerance.

- Verilog & verilogA coding andsimulation is a significant plus.

- Must be a self-starter and team player.

- Good verbal and written communicationskills.

EducationRequirements:

M.S./PhD in EE.
