一个套筒式全差分运放的CMRR

这是在虚拟机里面做的一个仿真， telescope op-amp，全差分，上华0.5um工艺，电源电压5V，共模输入电压5V
这是共模增益看起来很不对
请问这是肿么回事？ps:这是整个ACM测试电路图，用的ideal CMFB

我觉得你纹问题的时候最好把你的testbench贴上来，stimulus是怎样设置的。要不然谁知道是怎么回事啊。你低频的时候都是在抖动，我猜最有可能的原因就是没有设置vss。

I think you are using voutp-voutn as  the output voltage in common-mode, which is not correct for a fully differential opamp. voutp and voutn should have exactly the same output ideally in this case. If you want to use voutp-voutn as the output in common mode, you will not get any practical CMRR results by simply running the simulation without the mismatch information. You need to run monte-carlo simulation to get the usefull results. Regarding to the ripples shown in your figure, I guess it is because your simulation accuracy is not high enough.

   我确实在测共模增益的时候用的Voutp-Voutn做输出，你回复里面说的需要考虑mismatch和蒙特卡洛仿真的情况能不能再仔细解释一下？或者有什么参考资料没有？谢谢

   晶体管 没有用mismatch模型  那就是不考虑mismatch吧？你是说测量共模增益的时候voutp-voutn=0不会有任何差分信号的输出？

   因为你是完全对称的啊，你可以handcalculation一下，你看看voutn与voutp是不是一样的在DC first-order情况下
