如題~我目前在做專題
但規格我們學長只給
L=1u
Vdd=3.3V
Av=60dB
Cc=200fF
GB=10MHz

製成是用TSMC 0.35um 3.3V

請問我要從何開始啊?
這樣我電流要設多少才可以?
因為學長沒給我們SR或Ts
所以我想不透要如何進行第一步
還有n type和p type的uCox各為多少以及vt

从GBW，p1,p2位置等公式，以及你学长给的已知参数，根据公式来设计gm，gm定了，就可以得到电流和宽长比。

楼上说的对，先从稳定性开始，求出gm1以及第二级放大管的gm，推荐模拟集成设计精粹第五章，迁移率就照书上的来就行了

电流当然是在满足指标的前提下越小越好，所以你这个题目好包括优化，5L说的够多了。

Calculate the dominant pole first. This is also the 3db bandwidth. p1 = GBW/Av. As I see, you have not specified any specification about the output swing. Trying the differenctial cascode amplifier is not a bad idea. If you need to do a two stage amplifer, then take care of the stability. The output impedance seems to be less than 100K for a single pole system.
Because you have mentioned two stage, miller opamp configuration can also be a good choice.
