一中全PMOS 的charge pump 。paper上说下面这种结构会更好，但仿真结构显示不是这样的，请大神指点。

The choice of available transistor type and technology determine the efficiency of design from architecture point of view. Then engineering could affect performance quite significant. You can not rely on the paper since there are so many dependency.

Check out Vt, Lmin and backward leakage current in your sim.
