First of all, I am sorry, I cannot input Chinese here. Although my Englich is very poor, I cannot help asking a question.Anyway,Crtl+C,Crtl+V can be used anywhere.
"电容器的容抗与频率成反比，正是利用这一特性，将电容并联在信号线与地线之间起到对高频噪声的旁路作用"
What does "旁路作用" mean? I suppose,that it should mean lowpass.
Is it really because of this reason(电容器的容抗与频率成反比),that the high-frequency-noise can be filtered? not because the amplitude of signal would thereby disappear?
