岗位职责：

1、负责高速接口的规格制定，架构制定和电路实现；

2、负责ADC、DAC和Analog Filter的规格制定，架构制定和电路实现；

3、与版图工程师合作完成layout工作;

4、与测试工程师一起做硅验证测试及侦错。

职位要求：

1、电子工程，微电子或相关专业硕士及以上学历；

2、有高速接口设计经验，PLL设计经验或者ADC/DAC，Analog Filter设计经验者优先；

3、有SoC成功设计流片经验者优先考虑；

4、具有团队合作精神，有较强的责任心和独立工作能力，工作态度严谨；具有创新精神；逻辑思维能力强，工作主动积极，注重细节；接受工作挑战，能承受工作压力。

职位描述:

Responsibilities:

1、Responsible for the design of analog/RF circuit design andsimulation; Supervise layout and self layout; Support test engineer with chipdebugging.

2、Define functional and performance requirements of analog/RF ICblocks with design team.

Qualifications:

1、A Master degree in EE with a minimum of 3 years experience or a BSEEwith a minimum of 5 years experience in analog/RF IC design.

2、Clear understanding semiconductor process and devices, familiar withCAD tools.

3、Familiar with basic analog circuits, including OPAMP , Bandgap,Current source reference, Comparator, etc.

4、Experience in one or more of the following areas are preferred: ADC/DAC,DC-DC, LNA, Mixer, Filter, Oscillator, PLL, etc.

5、Good communication and team working skills.

2、定义模拟/射频模块的功能和性能参数。

招聘要求：

1、获得电子/电气工程专业硕士学位，至少3年模拟/射频电路设计经验 ；或电子/电气工程专业本科，至少5年模拟/射频电路设计经验 。

2、理解半导体工艺和器件原理，熟悉CAD设计工具。

3、熟悉基本模拟电路设计，包括OPAMP , Bandgap, Current source reference, Comparator等等.

4、具有以下一个或多个模块的设计经验：ADC/DAC, DC-DC, LNA, Mixer, Filter, Oscillator, PLL等等.

5、具有优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神
