Position Summary:

Maintain, monitor, and support all aspects the world-wide 芯得Hi-talent  
network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

v    Maintain the corporate network in a manner that supports all necessary  
business objectives and update design as necessary to adapt to changing  
needs.

v    Research and recommend LAN, WAN, VPN, and management and monitoring  
hardware and software to accomplish business goals.

v    Independently manage the design and installation of all network  
components at both local and remote sites, working with IT staff and/or  
vendors as necessary to achieve project goals.

v    Collaborate with peers, vendors, or carriers to assist with potentially  
network related problems and help identify the root cause of the issue.

v    Actively maintain accurate, clear, and complete documentation that can  
be used by other IT staff and vendors as necessary to support the 芯得Hi-
talent network.  Create and maintain procedures and policies related to the  
network to ensure consistent configurations and a standardized environment.

v    Review all aspects of operational network hardware and components and  
suggest configuration or design changes as appropriate to maximize  
performance, security, reliability, and supportability.

v    Interface and supervise vendors and contractors to purchase, install,  
and support network hardware and software.  Interface with both voice and  
data carriers to manage all aspects of existing and new circuits.

v    Monitor network utilization and performance trends and plan out future  
requirements to maintain acceptable performance levels and accommodate  
corporate traffic growth.  Understand all aspects of network operations and  
be able to recommend circuit, configuration, or hardware changes to optimize  
performance in the most cost effective manner.

v    Direct staff (both locally and at remote offices) in operational  
activities to ensure compliance with departmental goals, objectives and  
budget.

v    Maintain awareness of security vulnerabilities, software bugs, or  
general issues and pro-actively and independently address any threats they  
might cause to the 芯得Hi-talent network infrastructure.  

Requirements:

v  6+ years of experience

v  Must work well within a team and possess strong written and oral  
communication skills in addition to being organized, efficient, and capable  
of prioritizing multiple concurrent tasks.

v  Must be able to operate independently in the absence of close guidance to  
correct issues and improve the operating environment.

v  Must possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills in  
enterprise level environments, being able to logically step through issues  
and troubleshoot problems by thinking outside of the box and being creative  
with your solutions.

v  Must be able to relate technical issues and requirements to business  
issues and vice versa and be able to communicate these to non-technical  
associates and customers.

2、进行小型机、服务器、路由器等设备管理，以及网络平台的运行监控和维护；

3、进行办公设备的日常维护及管理；技术档案维护；

4、负责病毒的查杀，维护网络系统安全；

5、处理网络及计算机故障；

6、负责内部信息系统建设、维护；进行域名、后台数据、邮箱管理。




任职资格

1、计算机或IT相关专业，大专及以上学历；

2、6年的网络管理、服务器网管工作经验；

3、熟悉路由器，交换机、防火墙的网络设备的设置与管理；

4、了解操作系统，熟悉WEB、FTP、MAIL服务器的架设；

5、学习能力强，较好的沟通和协作能力，极强的执行力和沟通能力，具备良好的服务意
识。
