职位描述:
1、 负责从底层模块的版图设计到顶层的布局布线和验证；
2、 负责项目的tapeout工作；
任职要求：
1、 微电子、电子工程相关专业，本科以上学历（5年以上经验）；
2、 熟悉模拟版图设计，有高压版图设计经验；
3、 熟悉ESD、Latch-up；
4、 熟练使用Calibre进行DRC、LVS、ERC、LPE检查；
5、 有电源类版图设计经验者优先考虑；
6、 能熟练使用L-edit软件者优先考虑；
7、 诚信正直，踏实努力，具有较强的抗压能力；
8、 具有良好的沟通能力、学习能力、分析能力和团队合作能力。

Summary Job Description:
analog/mixed signal layout
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Do analog/mixed signal layout, including blocks level layout and DRC/LVS verification.
-Have closely communication and get instruction from analog circuit designer
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
-At least 2 year analog layout experience
-BS degree in microelectronics or electronics related engineering
-Know well physical behavior and model of basic device including Diode, MOSFET and Bipolar.
-Be familiar with CMOS process.
