JobDescription:

Education:	BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering,  Computer Science, or related field
Experience:	§ 8 to 12 years of applicable work experience    § Skill in Chip testing and Bring up    § Experience with SoC validation and debugging    § Experience with CPU subsystem validation and debugging    § Experience with debug system validation and debugging    § Experience with automation infrastructure and processes  development    § Experience with tools and computer language/scripts such as C, Perl,  TCL, makefiles, shell scripts    § Experience with ARM is a strong plus    § Experience with test equipment and tool such as Lecroy analyzer  and Lauterbach Trace32 is a plus    § Experience with ASIC design/verification is a plus
Requirements:	§ Ability to work independently with  minimal supervision    § Experience with high speed peripheral  hardware design and debug    § Excellent verbal and written  communication skills in Chinese and English    § Good team player

Description of  Function & Responsibility

§ CPU subsystem pre-silicon and  post-silicon validation    § Planning, coordinating and tracking for  CPU subsystem validation    § Planning, coordinating and tracking for debug  subsystem validation    § Infrastructure and flow/methodology  enhancement    § Communication and collaboration with  multiple teams in Geos around the world.    § Team training and enhancement
