Position Overview：

The design manager will provide technicalleadership and manage the day to day development activities. These includecollaborating with key customers and carrying out feasibility studies, creatingdesign schedule and monitoring the progresses, conducting design reviews,training and mentoring team members.

The successful candidate will:

Manage a team of analog designers ensuringthat robust designs are created and that the full validation of the designs iscompleted；

Provide technical and managerial lead ofthe team focused on development of the high performance power switch products；

Work closely with systems engineers toensure the architectures chosen and that the implementation will meet systemrequirements；

Collaborate digital design team on thedigital front-end design and verification；

Coach the layout designers on analog layoutand carry out post-layout simulation；

Work closely with test engineers to ensureproper test coverage is achieved for production；

Define and improve design methodology andquality standards；

Build up design competence and manage teamperformance。

Skills and Experience Required：

MSEE and 7+ years of hands-on experience inanalog design；

Excellent communication and problem solvingskills；

Experience in leading design team,mentoring junior analog designers and layout designers；

Proven record in developing and launchinghigh volume analog and/or mixed signal products into production；

Familiar with advance CMOS/BCD process andhigh voltage devices and ESD/LU design practices

Have practice in design for test andfamiliar with mixed signal IC verification methodology；

Have necessary knowledge in the backenddevelopment flow such as test engineering, product engineering, and reliabilitytests；

Familiar with the Cadence suite of toolsfor analog IC development；

Microsoft Office Suite of Applications(Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a CAD package for schematic and layouts。
