its from psim web site . now the lest version is 10.0 which is available for download.

On the website demo version is available with limited working options. i think that after providing license file it is unlocked.

It's impossible to unlock the demo-version to licensed one! "The PSIM demo version is limited to 34 elements in circuit size. Some functions, including subcircuits and C blocks, are disabled."
