​岗位职责：

1． 参与IC产品的架构设计和Spec定义；
2． 负责完成相关模拟电路的设计，验证，测试，debug等具体工作；
3. 对IC设计项目的进度和质量负责；
4． 指导后端工程师完成版图设计；
5． 能够指导并帮助新员工成长；

岗位要求：
1． 硕士以及以上学历，电子、通信、计算机、半导体物理或微电子专业；
2． 3年以上模拟IC设计经验；
3． 精通OPA，BGR，Comp等基础模块的设计，熟悉工艺和IC开发流程；
4． 有ADC,DAC,PLL设计经验者优先；
5． 有一定的团队管理经验者优先；
6． 良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识。
