​岗位职责: 1. 参与IC产品的架构设计和Spec定义;
2. 负责完成相关模拟电路的设计,验证,测试,debug等具体工作;
3. 对IC设计项目的进度和质量负责;
4. 指导后端工程师完成版图设计;
5. 能够指导并帮助新员工成长;
岗位要求:
1. 硕士以及以上学历,电子、通信、计算机、半导体物理或微电子专业;
2. 3年以上模拟IC设计经验;
3. 精通OPA,BGR,Comp等基础模块的设计,熟悉工艺和IC开发流程;
4. 有ADC,DAC,PLL设计经验者优先;
5. 有一定的团队管理经验者优先;
