ams仿真遇到的问题

用ams进行数字电路和模拟电路混合仿真时，总是无法产生网表，查看netlist.log文件中，提示：could not set implicit tmp dirctory. path: .../ams/config/netlist/ihnl does not exist or is not readable/writable. 在terminal窗口提示： touch：cannot touch '.../ams/config/netlist/ams.env': No such file or directory请问是什么原因呢？请高手赐教，谢谢！

看那个目录你有没有读写权限先。
