hello guys im new here. this place is very good for me. sorry i don't know chinese.
a few day ago I install cadence ic design 6.15 with difficulty but I understood that I need library and I haven't it. more over my country is under sanction. any body is here to help me I need tsmc cdb library for new technology like 90nm     thanks and sorry for my poor English.
