Analog IC Design Engineer: 模拟集成电路设计工程师

Position Summary:
definition, design, simulation, layout supervision, characterization and release to production of high-performance switching voltage regulator integrated circuits. You should be proficient at both the higher level SMPS architectural tradeoffs and design of functional blocks such as amplifiers, monitors, references, comparators, protection circuits, digital interface circuits, gate drivers, and state machines.


Requirements:
- MSEE/PhD with experience in analog IC development
- Hands-on design experience with BiCMOS/CMOS mixed-voltage custom analog circuit designs
- strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design and simulation
- Must understand placement and layout issues with respect to mixed-signal IC
- Must understand common buck and boost switching topologies and control algorithms.
- Must possess strong laboratory verification and troubleshooting skills


Mixed signal IC Design Engineer: 混合信号集成电路设计工程师

Position Summary:
Design of mixed-signal blocks, interface with test. product and applications engineers. Carry out detailed analog and mixed-signal circuit analysis using both hand analysis and computer simulation. Supervise layout. Evaluate and characterize silicon. Prepare design reviews, and support documents.


Requirements:
- MSEE/PhD with experience in mixed-signal IC development
- Strong background in analog design, and design of signal processing chains
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of behavioral modeling
- Working knowledge or Matlab, shell scripts, and C.
- Proficient user of Cadence design tools
- Strong bench test skills

Position Summary:
? Top-level digital architecture planning including partition and interface to register maps.
? State machine, PHY (SPI, I2C, CAN), EEPROM, RAM, and ROM design.
? Verilog HDL based digital design: verification, synthesis, simulation and static timing analysis.
? Design for test including scan insertion, test pattern generation, and fault grading.
? Overseeing automatic cell place and route.
? Evaluation of silicon, test correlation, and scripting (Perl, Python, C++)
? Assisting support of customer applications.


Requirements:
? BSEE/MSEE/PhD with digital design experience
? Previous mixed signal product development experience including behavioral models of analog circuits and mixed mode simulation.
