Position Description   
1.Manage Cloud Computing team and own the end to end responsibility of delivering products and services to internal and external clients.
2.Responsible for R&D of large scale internet service infrastructure, supporting rapid development of internet service with massive users
3.Be creative in anticipating potential problems and finding unexpected benefits

Position Requirements：
1.Computer science or related major, bachelor degree or above
2.10+ years plus experience in large internet enterprises with strong working experience in cloud technologies R&D and large-scale service deployment (especially cloud infrastructure and platform)
3.Deep understanding of the characteristics and development trends of the Internet industry, with a higher forward-looking and industry awareness, especially of cloud industry
4.Excellent team management skills with tracked experience of team management
5.Has been a full-stack engineer.
6.Expert level C&C++, data structure and algorithm design.
7.Familiar with open source distributed systems and the community. Being a committer will be a plus.
8.Experienced with cloud computing platforms such as Openstack and Cloudfoundry.
9.Experienced with virtualization technologies such as Xen and KVM.
10.Open minded, positive and proactive working attitude, desire to learn and accept new challenges
11.Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English.
