Profile:

MSc.EE or similar, proven success in leading design teams in predictable andaggressive cycle times

Ÿ
Provenability to build high performing mixed signal design teams and to create aculture of continual improvement

Ÿ
Strongknowledge of analog and mixed signal IC design, with structured IC designmethodology covering specification, implementation and design verification.

Ÿ
Highdegree of autonomy and strong teamwork and motivation skills

Ÿ
5+year experience as manager.

Ÿ
Experiencedin interacting face-to-face with customers; excellent communication skills,both verbal and in writing.

Ÿ
Proactiveinitiative and entrepreneurial attitude. Creative to resolving issues.
