Field Application Engineer:

1、Job title: Software FAE(BSP上层方向)

Location: Beijing

Since we have Lenovo, Ontim, Ktouch, Bluebank, Yulong RD center inBeijing, while we only have one BSP engineer in Beijing, it's urgent for us tohire one FAE with strong software background as well as project mangementexperience to support these key customers.  

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years in Telecom sales/marketing and business developmentposition;
•With good telecom industry knowhow;
• Good business relationship with carrier top management is plus;
• Proven successful management records with senior level;
• Good sales sense to pursue potential business opportunity;
• Fluent oral and written English;
• Bachelor degree is required or above in Telecommunication, CS or ElectricalEngineering.

Internal Description:

• Establish, maintain, and strengthen business relationship withcarrier;
• Influence Technical Standard & Specification;
• Responsible for operators' short list product testing;
• Manage and coordinate trial-run projects;
• Collect market competition information;
• Fully understand the development & investment plan of operators;
• Explore, understand, and participate any emerging technology/market in Chinawhile aligning the appropriate Marvell business unit to initiate, engage, andlead the market;

2、Job title: Software FAE (多媒体方向)

Location: Shanghai

This is for a new FAE position located in Shanghai to support keycustomer in China. We're engaging more customers onPXA1T88/1088/1920/1802/1801 in China.
Since multimedia performance is play more important role in use experience, andraw sensor are employed in our products, we really need more resource towork on the multimedia part for better customer support.

Qualifications:

• B.S. degree or above in electrical engineering, communications andcomputing or equivalent.

• Solid knowledge and experience on C/C++.

• 2+ years of Linux developing experience. Linux driver developmentexperiences is a must.

• 2+ Android development experience, familar with android multimediaframework, and could anlyse and resolve multimedia related issue

• Excellent communication, self-motivated and good team player.

• Rich debugging and troubleshooting experience in smartphoneapplication processor, or communication processor.

• Good English read/write/oral capability.

• Experience in smartphone or equivalent commercial device system leveldesign will be a plus.

• Basic hardware knowledge will be a plus.

• Basic knowledge of 3GPP protocol will be a plus.

Internal Description:

The FAE will have the following responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers on smartphone/tablet/data-card projects,handle customer technical issues timely and coordinate backend supportingresource to ensure customer product launch.

• Organize technical meetings and trainings with customers engineeringteam to improve customer development efficiency and shorten the product’s TTM.

• Monitor customers development schedule and support all problems incustomer products life cycle.

• Report customer projects technical and developing risks to sales andmarketing team.

Software FAE specific responsibilities:

• Tracking customer software issue and make the issue resolved timly,espeically Multimedia part.

• Multimedia bug debugging and patch delivering.

• Multimedia performance optimization.

3、Job title: Customer Project Management

Location: Shanghai/Beijing

4、Job Title: HW Switch FAE

Location: Beijing

Description

- Closely follow and check customertechnical issues, solve issues or refer to application teams when necessary.

- With technical expertise and projectmanagement skills, monitor and assist customers in all development stages ofproducts.

- Work with marketing and sales team tocreate design-in projects and contribute to major design wins by promotingcompany's products.

Desired Skills & Experience

- B.S. Degree or above in ElectricalEngineering, Computer Science.

- 3+ years Enterprise Switch product designwith the full product development cycle experience.

- Understanding well networking protocols,especially protocols in layer 2 and layer 3.

- Good knowledge of network infrastructureof Enterprise Switch, Data Center, PON, OTN, Wireless Central Office devices.

- Experienced in board bringing up anddebugging, signal Integrity, high speed circuit design. EMC experience ispreferred.

- Be skillful in EDA tools and labequipments, such as Smartbits - Experienced with PCB level schematic design andlayout

- Experienced with test and analyzingequipments, such as oscilloscopes and power supplies-

- Good knowledge of PHY, Switchchipsets

5、Job Title: IoT products FAE

Location: Shenzhen/shanghai/Beijing

Description:

1. Responsible for the technicalintroduction and promotion of IoT (e.g. WiFi, BT, Zigbee and Microcontroller)to the customers in China.

2. Support customers in developingapplication software and hardware and resolving any technical problems in thelife cycle of the application products.

3. Support customers in their productionramp-up cycle: engineering sample, product sample, pilot production and massproduction;

4. Responsible for performing Sales and FAEtraining for local distributors.

5. Hold seminars to customers to introduceexisting and new products.

6. Interact & cooperate with sales& marketing and application teams

7. Responsible for identifying andclarifying any technical issues related to new or existing products and clearlycommunicate that back to the BU product lines.

8. Work with marketing and sales team tocreate design-in & design-win projects.

9. Collect and analyze market informationand competition information.

Qualifications:

1. At least five years working experiencein wireless and connectivity area

Application Engineer:

1、Job Title: MP Tools AE

Location: Shanghai

External Description:

Application engineer in thisposition is responsible for supporting customer on mass production tools. Inthis position, the candidate will be working on customer support mostly oncustomer mass production tools integration based on Marvell MP tools software.

The responsibility will includebut not limited to:

- Have knowledge on RF ofGSM/TD/LTE/WB and related areas.

- Master different kinds ofequipments (8960, CMW500 and homemade equipments) for RF testing. Have abilityto take new things.

- Master the test procedure inproduction line and how to arrange the test benches.

- Have experience in developingand maintaining MP test platform.

- Support customer applicationsin a timely manner by phone/email/online and possibly onsite.

- Customer factory toolsintegration and debugging

- Provide guidance to helpcustomer on Marvell MP tools solution and isolate problem then escalate todeveloper team

- Support domestic and regionalcustomers

- Excellent communicationskills

- Good Chinese and English inreading/writing/speaking

- Willing to travel whendemanded

Qualifications:

1、Minimum BSEE/MSEE with 3+ years experience in windowsprogramming.

2、Shall have knowledge on phone/tablet mass productionprocess, 2G/3G4G RF and have experience in tools development for factory line.

3、Programming using Visual Studio and experience in toolsdevelopment for factory line.

2、HW AE

Location: Shanghai

External Description:

Application engineer forsupporting customer application on hardware area. In this position, thecandidate will be working on customer support mostly on hardware layer forXscale application processors.

The responsibility will includebut not limited to

- Support customer applicationsin a timely manner by phone/email/online and possibly onsite.

- Customer schematics reviewand PCB layout review

- Customer board bring-up debugsupport and power consumption analysis upon request

- Provide workaround or isolateproblem then escalate to developer team

- Get customer feedback onproduct feature include hardware and software

- support international anddomestic customers

- Provide technical training tocustomers

Qualifications:

Minimum BSEE/MSEE with 3+ yearsexperience in application engineering or hardware platform development inembedded area. Shall have experience in hardware board development includingschematics development, and board bring up/debug. Knowledge in driver layersoftware, PCB layout knowledge is a strong plus.

Additional qualificationsinclude:

- Experience in ARM basedprocessor hardware development, Smartphone or Tablet development experiencewill be an excellent advantage.

External Description:

Application engineer forsupporting customer application on BSP/Driver/Android integration layer

The candidate must have MinimumBSEE/MSEE with 3+ years experience in application engineering or softwareengineering in smart phone industry or embedded area. Shall have experience inLinux BSP/Android HAL software development for Marvellapplication/communication processor or ARM processor. Knowledge in WindowsMobile, Windows CE or hardware will be a plus as well as multimedia andapplication software.

In this position, the candidatewill be working on customer support mostly on Android/BSP/driver layer forMarvell application or communication processors.

The responsibility will include but not limited to

- Support customer applicationsin a timely manner by phone/email/online and possibly onsite.

- Customer board bring up anddriver debug support

- Provide workaround or isolateproblem then escalate to developer team

- Provide proper communicationwith customer on daily basis

- Get customer feedback onproduct feature include hardware and software

- support international anddomestic customers

Qualifications:

4、Senior Manager, AccountSales - Mobile phone, STB, OTT and smart home

External Description:

1. Driving Marvell design  wins, design ins and sales/revenue in Key Accounts.    2. Promoting Marvell Mobile  phone platform, connectivity, smart home etc to key accounts.    3. Maintain relationships  with key customers ZTE, Huawei etc.    4. Accurately forecast  customer demand, meet and surpass annual prerecorded AOP.    5. Coordinate and work with  internal engineering resource to manage the overall project progress.    6. Provide competitive market  information and customer requirement to BU

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years’ experiencesof sales, marketing or business, in semiconductor industry or telecommunicationrelated field.

2. Solid knowledge andexperience in the consumer electronics and telecommunication, familiar withmobile phone, STB, OTT and smart home related products etc.

3. Wide and deep connections inODM/OEM and operators, especially key OEMs such as ZTE and Huawei.

4. Minimum bachelor degree inEE or CS, or other related major

5. Be able to communicate inEnglish both verbally and in written.

7. Aggressive, self motivatedand result driven.
