Field Application Engineer:
1、Job title: Software FAE(BSP上层方向) Location: BeijingSince we have Lenovo, Ontim, Ktouch,Bluebank, Yulong RD center in Beijing, while we only have one BSP engineer inBeijing, it's urgent for us to hire one FAE with strong software background aswell as project mangement experience to support these key customers.  

Qualifications:• At least 10 years in Telecomsales/marketing and business development position;
•With good telecom industry knowhow;
• Good business relationship with carrier top management is plus;
• Proven successful management records with senior level;
• Good sales sense to pursue potential business opportunity;
• Fluent oral and written English;
• Bachelor degree is required or above in Telecommunication, CS or ElectricalEngineering.
Internal Description:• Establish, maintain, and strengthenbusiness relationship with carrier;
• Influence Technical Standard & Specification;
• Responsible for operators' short list product testing;
• Manage and coordinate trial-run projects;
• Collect market competition information;
• Fully understand the development & investment plan of operators;
• Explore, understand, and participate any emerging technology/market in Chinawhile aligning the appropriate Marvell business unit to initiate, engage, andlead the market;

2、Job title: Software FAE (多媒体方向)Location: ShanghaiThis is for a new FAE position located inShanghai to support key customer in China. We're engaging more customerson PXA1T88/1088/1920/1802/1801 in China.
Since multimedia performance is play more important role in use experience, andraw sensor are employed in our products, we really need more resource towork on the multimedia part for better customer support.
Qualifications:• B.S. degree or above in electricalengineering, communications and computing or equivalent.• Solid knowledge and experience on C/C++.• 2+ years of Linux developing experience.Linux driver development experiences is a must.• 2+ Android development experience,familar with android multimedia framework, and could anlyse and resolvemultimedia related issue • Excellent communication, self-motivatedand good team player.• Rich debugging and troubleshootingexperience in smartphone application processor, or communicationprocessor.• Good English read/write/oral capability.• Experience in smartphone or equivalentcommercial device system level design will be a plus.• Basic hardware knowledge will be a plus.• Basic knowledge of 3GPP protocol will bea plus.
Internal Description:The FAE will have the followingresponsibilities:• Work closely with customers onsmartphone/tablet/data-card projects, handle customer technical issuestimely and coordinate backend supporting resource to ensure customer productlaunch.• Organize technical meetings and trainingswith customers engineering team to improve customer development efficiencyand shorten the product’s TTM.• Monitor customers development scheduleand support all problems in customer products life cycle. • Report customer projects technical anddeveloping risks to sales and marketing team.
Software FAE specific responsibilities:• Tracking customer software issue and makethe issue resolved timly, espeically Multimedia part.• Multimedia bug debugging and patchdelivering.• Multimedia performance optimization.

3、Job title: Customer Project Management Location: Shanghai/Beijing

4、Job Title: HW Switch FAE Location: BeijingDescription- Closely follow and check customer technical issues, solve issues orrefer to application teams when necessary.- With technical expertise and project management skills, monitor andassist customers in all development stages of products.- Work with marketing and sales team to create design-in projects andcontribute to major design wins by promoting company's products.
Desired Skills & Experience- B.S. Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science.- 3+ years Enterprise Switch product design with the full productdevelopment cycle experience. - Understanding well networking protocols, especially protocols in layer2 and layer 3.- Good knowledge of network infrastructure of Enterprise Switch, DataCenter, PON, OTN, Wireless Central Office devices.- Experienced in board bringing up and debugging, signal Integrity, highspeed circuit design. Responsible for the technical introduction and promotion of IoT (e.g.WiFi, BT, Zigbee and Microcontroller) to the customers in China.2. Support customers in developing application software and hardware andresolving any technical problems in the life cycle of the application products.3. Support customers in their production ramp-up cycle: engineeringsample, product sample, pilot production and mass production;4. Responsible for performing Sales and FAE training for localdistributors. 5. Hold seminars to customers to introduce existing and newproducts. 6. Interact & cooperate with sales & marketing and applicationteams7. Responsible for identifying and clarifying any technical issuesrelated to new or existing products and clearly communicate that back to the BUproduct lines.8. Application Engineer:
1、MP Tools AE Location: Shanghai
External Description:
Application engineer in this position is responsible forsupporting customer on mass production tools. In this position, the candidatewill be working on customer support mostly on customer mass production toolsintegration based on Marvell MP tools software.
The responsibility will include but not limited to:- Have knowledge on RF of GSM/TD/LTE/WB and related areas.- Master different kinds of equipments (8960, CMW500 andhomemade equipments) for RF testing. Have ability to take new things.- Master the test procedure in production line and how toarrange the test benches. Production line experience will be a plus.- Have experience in developing and maintaining MP testplatform.- Support customer applications in a timely manner byphone/email/online and possibly onsite.- Customer factory tools integration and debugging- Provide guidance to help customer on Marvell MP toolssolution and isolate problem then escalate to developer team- Understand customer feedback on product feature- Support domestic and regional customers- Excellent communication skills- Good Chinese and English in reading/writing/speaking- Willing to travel when demanded
Qualifications:1、Minimum BSEE/MSEE with 3+ yearsexperience in application engineering or software engineering in embedded area.2、Shall have knowledge onSmartphone or Mobile Phone mass production process, experience of C/C++programming using Visual Studio and experience in tools development for factoryline.3、Knowledge in embedded softwareLinux BSP, Windows CE or hardware will be a great plus.4、 For the developmentskill, CVI/LabView/C# will be a plus.

2、HW AE Location: Shanghai
External Description:Application engineer for supporting customer application onhardware area. In this position, the candidate will be working on customersupport mostly on hardware layer for Xscale application processors. The responsibility will include but not limited to- Support customer applications in a timely manner byphone/email/online and possibly onsite.- Customer schematics review and PCB layout review- Customer board bring-up debug support and powerconsumption analysis upon request- Provide workaround or isolate problem then escalate todeveloper team- Get customer feedback on product feature include hardwareand software- support international and domestic customers- Provide technical training to customers
Qualifications:
Minimum BSEE/MSEE with 3+ years experience in applicationengineering or hardware platform development in embedded area. Shall haveexperience in hardware board development including schematics development, andboard bring up/debug. Knowledge in driver layer software, PCB layout knowledgeis a strong plus. Additional qualifications include:
- Experience in arm based processor hardware development, Smartphoneor Tablet development experience will be an excellent advantage.- Excellent communication skills- Good Chinese and English reading/writing/speaking- willing to travel when demanded- Knowledge of ASM*, C, C++ programming and C-coding skills- Knowledge of embedded systems- Knowledge of embedded operating system (OS) architecturewill be an added advantage- Familiar with BSP/Driver for Linux would be an addedadvantage

External Description:Application engineer for supporting customer application onBSP/Driver/Android integration layer
The candidate must have Minimum BSEE/MSEE with 3+ yearsexperience in application engineering or software engineering in smart phoneindustry or embedded area. Shall have experience in Linux BSP/Android HALsoftware development for Marvell application/communication processor or ARMprocessor. Knowledge in Windows Mobile, Windows CE or hardware will be a plusas well as multimedia and application software. In this position, the candidate will be working on customersupport mostly on Android/BSP/driver layer for Marvell application orcommunication processors.
The responsibility will includebut not limited to- Support customer applications in a timely manner byphone/email/online and possibly onsite.- Customer board bring up and driver debug support- Provide workaround or isolate problem then escalate todeveloper team- Provide proper communication with customer on daily basis- Get customer feedback on product feature include hardwareand software- support international and domestic customers
