Position: Senior Program Manager

Location: Shanghai

Job Description:

• Manage full life-cycle of mobile application     processer products(SW+HW), from definition to production
• Working with multi-discipline teams, including     internal R&D team and external customers to drive project execution
• Gather and prioritize market, customer and market     information and dynamics
• Be R&D interface for leading customer to     resolve customer’s issue
• Be the central point to collect SoC platform     program status from different teams, manage the information deliver accurately     and timely
• Identify program critical issues, drive them to     resolve

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, required in Electrical     Engineering, Communication, or Computer Engineering; master degree is     preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management;     application processer project experience will be plus
• Honest, self-driven, team player, organized and     result-oriented
• Strong communication and presentation skills in     English and Chinese
• Able to host technical and non-technical     discussion in English, with conference or face to face
• Extensive experience with mobile industry
• Extensive knowledge of Linux and Android
• Knowledge of memory, power and performance     optimization on SoC platform software is a big plus
• Knowledge of silicon, hardware, baseband is a     plus
• Experience of OEM/ODM project support is a plus
• Experience of CMCC OT support is a plus
• Mature and able to work under high pressure for     long time, can OT in evening and weekend
• Able to travel and provide onsite support at     customer office is a plus
