1. GPU ASIC Physical Design engineer
As a senior member of our ASIC-PD team, you'll be working on streamlining the chip infrastructure process across product designs, focusing on full chip layout planning (partitioning, planning clock distribution and other structure, methodology), partition/full chip timing closure (primetime scripts, other tools, etc) and gate-level design of high-speed logic
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Chip integration and netlist generation
• -Synthesis, Formal verification, netlist quality check
• Work in conjunction with Place and Route Engineers to achieve timing closure for both partition level and full chip level
• Develop and enhance entire timing flow from frontend (pre-layout) to backend (post-layout) at both chip and block level.
• Develop custom timing scripts using tcl/primetime for clock skew analysis, special circuits such as clock dividers, core logic <-> IO macros interfaces such as PCI-E, Frame-Buffer/Memory, TMDS, etc.
• Develop flow to physically partition and floorplan the entire chip.
• Develop scripts for performing ECO's.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• Above 3 years of relevant ASIC experience ideally with a focus in the chip integration /synthesis/formal and timing closure

2. Sr. PHYSICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (上海/北京)
DESCRIPTION:
A senior role in physical design for NVIDIA GPU and Mobile chips
Participate in various aspects of physical design, including full chip floorplanning, power/clock distribution, timing optimization, place & route, timing closure, power/signal integrity analysis, and physical verification
Troubleshoot a wide variety of design and flow complicated issues, and apply proactive intervention
Collaborate with RTL, DFT and Circuit designers to ensure the high quality of design implementation and optimization
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BS in Engineering or Science
Power user of EDA tools from Synopsys (ICC/DC/PT/STAR-RC), Cadence (EDI/EPS) or Mentor (Olympus-SOC)
Experience in Clock/Power Distribution, P&R, Timing closure, RC Extraction, and verification on 40nm, or 28nm technology

Our team is designing the fastest and most efficient parallel architectures that power energy-efficient smart phones and the world's fastest super computers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enhance GPU architectures to extend the state of the art in performance, efficiency, programmability and reliability
• Analyze, tune and prototype key applications for new GPU architectures
• Build model to predict performance, power and reliability on future architecture
• Design, and develop tools to analyze, simulate, validate, and verify application performance

4. Position Title:
DEVELOPER TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER - COMPUTER VISION
Description/Qualifications:
Work with cutting-edge applications of computer vision and image processing on NVIDIA's next-generation products. In this role you will build a close technical relationship with our partners during product development, interacting closely with NVIDIA's architecture and software teams to ensure the best possible performance, results, and developer experience on current and next-generation hardware. You will research and invent new computer vision and imaging algorithms, develop and optimize data-parallel implementations, create technical demos, write whitepapers and present your work at conferences.
REQUIREMENTS: - BS/MS or higher in computer science or related engineering discipline.
- Strong knowledge of C/C++.
- Experience implementing algorithms in computer vision and image processing
- Strong knowledge of programming techniques, especially for parallel architectures.
- Strong mathematical fundamentals, including linear algebra and numerical methods.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

5.System Design Software Engineer (GPU Architect)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are looking for world class programmers to develop the core infrastructure for modeling, analysis, verification and debugging in the development of large scale graphics chips, which enables NVIDIA's driver stack, applications, tests and studies to all run unchanged on all functional, diagnostic, and performance models, simulations, emulations and silicon for all of NVIDIA's graphics chips.
- The candidates will work with a group of architects to design and develop proprietary internal tools for the visualization, analysis, and debug and verification of tests and applications on various functional and performance simulations of future chips
- The candidates will have opportunities to get involved in cutting-edge GPGPU applied architecture design, verification and optimization, including porting commercial applications to test bench, finding out performance hotspots and data mining for performance analysis.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree or higher majoring in CS/EE/Mathematics or relevant fields.

Job Description: Define architecture for Nvidia security IP blocks which are widely used in both desktop and mobile products. It includes architectural modeling, architectural validation, microarchitecture, following standard bodies and developing infrastructure for hardware and performance verification
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have familiarity with ASIC design process.
- Must have strong knowledge and familiarity with data structures and Security Algorithms

GPU GRAPHICS ARCHITECT
Description/Qualifications: GPU GRAPHICS ARCHITECT – PERFORMANCE /FUNCTIONAL MODELING, VALIDATION AND ANALYSIS

The GPU Graphics architects define, design, implement and validate the state of the art GPU Graphics architecture powering next generation Graphics Applications. They proactively solve challenging technical problems and prudently trade off between performance, power and cost, to deliver the best result.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Investigate and propose GPU graphics architecture ideas based on quantitative study of existing and projected architectures.
- Develop performance and functional simulation models and simulation infrastructure.
- Develop performance and functional testplan and tests for new Graphics units and architectural features.
- Test and debug on simulators, RTL and real silicon.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid knowledge of computer science, with the focus on computer graphics and/or computer architecture. - Good understanding of GPU concept and pipeline, in terms of Graphics processing and parallel computing.

Job Description/Qualifications:
The architect will be expected to work at NVIDIA in the area of IP architecture, algorithms, and software development, building on NVIDIA's current architecture and products and helping to define the next generation hardware architecture. In this capacity, the architect will be expected to become familiar with NVIDIA's current architecture, algorithms, products, and design methodologies, and support the development of new algorithms and their hardware implementations. The architect will also be expected to analyze the performance of proposed and current NVIDIA products, and develop algorithms and architectures to support NVIDIA's product plans.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- M.S./PhD. in signal processing, applied mathematics, computer science, electrical engineering and related discipline with good mathematical knowledge
