岗位职责：

负责组织建立BMS的开发平台，

引领BMS软件技术的提升，

规范BMS软件开发流程，

组织并负责BMS新产品的软件任务设计及代码实现，

指导BMS软件的测试、开发工作。

岗位要求：

硕士以上学历，电子类相关专业，

5年以上嵌入式软件开发经验，

精通C语言编程、熟悉RTOS，精通单片机技术，熟悉软件开发与测试流程，

具有成功的软件产品开发经验，

具有组织团队进行软件合作开发的能力，

具有较强的技术创新与攻关能力，

具有电池管理系统或新能源汽车控制器开发经验的优先录取。
