MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
RF HW Development is looking for RF Filter Designer to develop RF front endmodule (filter, duplexer, coupler) for Base Stations according to ourspecifications. In this positions you will be responsible for defining RF frontend specifications, design, implementation, measurement & testing &troubleshooting and productization
of
RF Design solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:
- B.Sc or M.Sc, 3 - 5 years of practical experience in BTS RF front end module(filter, duplexer, coupler).
- Good RF and microwave understanding, strong RF simulation experience.
- Ceramic filter design experience is a plus.

- Good verbal and written English.

RF system integration for GSM/WCDMA/TD-LTE/FDDLTE RF unit.

Has RF unit development experience and know theRF unit architecture, the signal processing inside RF module from the opticalinterface to antenna port and main components’ functionalities of RF unitincluding DUC/CFR/DPD/RF components/AGC/DDC

Know RF unit control algorithm including RF unitinitiation process and runtime control.

Integrate RF unit, do the trouble-shooting androot cause analysis during integration. Responsible for the unit levelengineering problem solving to meet quality, time and cost target of projects

Team player and self-motivated.
