想用sentaurus做LED模拟的,想都不要想了

折腾了很久的LED模拟, 每次仿真都出错, 今天收到sentaurus官方邮件:

"We currently do not support LED applications because of deficiences with the software that remain unresolved at this time. Because of this we have also removed all previous LED application notes and examples from solvnet and cannot provide any sepcific support in this application area at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience"

大家推荐一个能用的吧, 不要说silvaco了, silvaco里材料模型大部分参数都不能自定义.
