Primary responsibilities
1、Organize to develop the production process and process management. Write process documents, finish process data.
2、Develop and control process budget.
3、Control and analysis the quality status of the production process.  
4、Analyze the reasons for poor quality and abnormal, find solutions and execute, optimize and maintain existing process.
5、Guiding the work of process engineers, and to check and supervise the implementation.  
6、Improve the quality management system, and check the operation.
7、Improve process projects around the targets of cost reduction, process optimization, production efficiency.
8、Establish the process technology team, and enhance the team’s ability.
9、Introduce new equipment.
10、Other work arrangements.

The position requires
1、A bachelor's degree in chemical industry, machinery, electronics or related professional
2、Familiar with the lithium battery production process, relevant work experience more than 8 years.
3、Familiar with battery batteries, pack processes.
4、A strong organization and leadership ability, communication skills, strong analytical, understanding and judgment.
5、Good computer skills.
6、Fluent in English reading and writing skills and speaking ability.
