Job description:1)
Review of the DeviceSpecifications and compilation of the characterization plan2)
Assessment of risks andactive contribution to the FMEA discussions3)
Define package solutions fornew product in close cooperation with Marketing, Design, Test and backendassembly houses (internal / external) 4)
Develop and execute theproduct validation/characterization on bench test set-up and (semi) automatedtest equipment (ATE) in close cooperation with bench engineer and testengineer.5)
Review of benchcharacterization and ATE data with respect to product specification andsimulation data (deliverable: Validation Report)6)
Co-work withPM/Designer/Quality Engineer /TE to define and  implement Qualification strategy(ESD/HTOL/CDM/ICE.etc )7)
Support Operations to ensurecosts of new product meets set targets by analyzing yield issues andidentifying test cost reduction opportunities8)
Support Quality in analyzingcustomer returns  
Profile: 1)
MSEE or BSEE with 3~5years
Test/productworking experience2)
Familiar with productionqualification flow, at lease release 5 project.3)
Knowledge on orCAD(protel)or similar to create schematics for bench boards4)
Knowledge on IC structure (digital/Analog/mix-signaletc.) and basic knowledge on IC assembly technologies5)
Diligent/ quick learning/ interestingto dig into problem and share knowledge 6)
Good analysis data/result andgenerate report skills7)
Goodcommunication skill both in oral and written English8)
Good team player with focus on results andtime management
