I suppose that u might be lack of "virtual coins" being used in this website, which is the cost to download the attachments in the post which u are interested in.
If yes, as a common user, I think there are two ways u could try.

#1. a free way: daily-signed-in might get 15 coins in every 12 hours . Also,  reply/send all the available and meaningful posts might get several coins, but in spam way is not recommended.
#2. send a direct message to the administrator. And the following post might be helpful, as a reference.
