Responsibilities:
- Establish and enhance strategic relationship with the top managermentand take initiatives in  QBR and QTR meeting with them.
- Establish strategic relationship and high level contact with ODM production site related to our PC/Tablet customers as sales activity.
- Build a well-organized WCC slaes team to support new project development and existing MP projects to meet sales budgets and goals.
- To recover the issues related to the AR, deliverly etc.

Requirements:
- More than 10years experience in the component company as a sales activities
- More than 5years experience as a manager to organize more than 5 persons
- Good English and Japanese language skill (writing and communicating)
- BA degree is mandatory and Engineering background is preferred.
- Ability to communicate with both customers and the relevant internal departments
- Mobilty (necessary to travel in China and to Japan frequently)

Responsibilities:
- Support new project development and existing MP project for the key customer’s R&D team in China(Beijin,Shanhai,Shenzhen)
- Establish and enhance good relationship with the engineering team in China
- Build a close relationship with Touch Engineering Department in Japan toexpand TouchPanel business with the key customer.

Requirements:
- BA degree in Software Engineering background is mandatory.
- R&D or Engineering experience for more than 5yearsin Consumer Electronics or IT industry.
- Experienced in developing embedded software.
-  Business English is mandatory and Japaneseis preferred.
- Knowledge of device certifications(USB I/F, I2C I/F, Microsoft Windows Logo,etc.)
- Programming language skill(Required C language,Optional C++,C#,etc.)
- Digital signal processing knowledge(i.e.Algorithm converting raw data to object positions)
- Ability to communicate with flexibility and customer-oriented mindset.
