Project Manager



Job Scope:

Day-to-day duties include monitoring project schedule and, project logistics including equipment ordering and receiving, arrangement of project meetings and coordination of site activities, work as presales to support business for sales.



Responsibilities;

-    Project management:

?    Base in Shanghai and work for east China area

?    Responsible for the communication with customer as project manager

?    Follow technical specification during project implementation

?    Follow-up with external suppliers to ensure timely response to action items.

?    Review contract and make clear SOW & WBS

?    Sub-contractor coordination.

?    Conduct various testing including QA & QC.

?    Participate in the customer training.

-    Project presales:

?    Work with sales team to qualify the opportunity and win the case

?    Assist Project Consultant manager to work out solution documentation especially ELV project



Requirements:

-    Degree holder in Computer / Information Technology / Management Information systems or related disciplines;

-    3 years or more of IT project implementation experience preferable (Cabling & Server room ELV facilities, IT equipment);

-    Previous hands-on experience on voice technologies, networking and MS server system is preferred;

-    Experience in coordination with sub-contractor;

-    Good communication and interpersonal skills;

-    Strong problem solving skill.

-    Fluent spoken and written Chinese (Putonghua) and average in English
