Job description:

Build a SI team in Beijing and work with Taipei SI team ,performing system signal integrity design , researching on new and differentcutting edge technologies.

Perform analysis to  understand tradeoffs in designinginterconnect solutions, including chip to chip, board to board and backplaneinterconnects.

Perform SerDes channel simulation for margin analysis among theusages of  package, board, connector. Also work with SerDes vendors for correlation.

Work with board engineers and layout designers to implement all SIrules, develop layout/SI checklists.

Review simulation reports and provide professional advices

Desired Skills &Experience

*      BS or MS. in ElectricalEngineering and 3+ years work experience

*      Experience on management and buildingprocesses.

*      Self-motivated with the ability towork well with others in a team environment

*      Experience with signal integritydesign with emphasis on high speed IO, backplane and working with SerDesvendors.

*      Experience with 3D modelingtools  (HFSS, Power SI, ADS, Q3D) as well as spice simulation tools

*      Experience in correlatingsimulation results with lab measurements

       using oscilloscopes, TDRs,VNAs, BertScope is a plus.
