Responsibilities
1.Developing ATE test programs and test solutions for Mix-signal/SOC IC products
2.Testing and characterizing IC with ATE or Lab-based platforms

Job requirements
1.Good knowledge about ATE test
2.Good knowledge about Mix-signal/MCU test solutions
3.Experience with IC Quality & Reliability Engineering
4.Fluency in English (both Oral and writing) and communication skill
5.Experience with Credence/LTX D10 or Teradyne Magnum tester
6.Experience with Load board hardware design
7.IC Product Engineering related knowledge or experience
8.IC chip level characterization and validation related experience or knowledge
9.Bachelor or Master Degree of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or ControlSystems
10.6+ years of working experience in the high-tech industry.
11.2+ years of experience in an US or Europe based company
12.4+ years of experience in ATE and IC test platform development
