职位描述：
Responsibity for ATE production test develop for SOC and mixed signal IC
Team with design, operation and product engineer to assess testability ,develop and
Implement test strategies, documt test plans, develop test program and hardware.
Correlate tester and bench measurement. and transfer test manufacturing. Offering
Ongoing sustaining support for each assigned project

职位要求:
BSEE required, MSEE preferred
   - 2~5 years experience in SOC and mixed signal test.
   - SOC and mixed signal knowledge required ,such as CPU,GPU, DDR,USB ,HDMI, ADC/DAC….
   - Strong program skill in C, C++ , and VB.
   - Knowledge of DFT(Scan ,bist ), high-speed and analog test method.
   - hands on experience with ATE development , prefer Teradyne J750/Uflex  and V93K.
   - Must be a good communicator, team player, have project planning/organizational skills, and  demonstrate analytical thinking
